This Exceptional Northumbrian Rum was produced and fully matured in Northumberland for  5 years and finished in a Dominican Red Wine Cask with an ABV of 52%.

Nose: Distinctively red wine and quite rummy.

Palate: Very juicy Red wine with toffee in the back ground, Tannic on the back end.

Finish: A long warming finish with a hint of crème brulee, a great sipping rum.
